Terms and Conditions – wlnpkr Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the wlnpkr platform — whether through a web browser, mobile device, or any other interface — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms form a binding agreement between you as an individual user and wlnpkr as the platform operator.

These Terms apply to all games, services, promotions, and features available on wlnpkr, including but not limited to Football Betting, Aviator Game, Live Casino, Teen Patti, Esports Betting, Fishing Games, and all deposit and withdrawal functions. The Terms should be read alongside the wlnpkr Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the complete agreement between you and wlnpkr.

If you are accessing wlnpkr on behalf of another person, you are confirming that you have their authority to accept these Terms on their behalf, though in practice each individual player must hold and manage their own wlnpkr account personally.

2Eligibility

To open and maintain a wlnpkr account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. wlnpkr strictly prohibits the use of its platform by minors. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using wlnpkr is legal in your specific location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a wlnpkr employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest with platform fairness.
• You must not have previously had a wlnpkr account closed for violation of these Terms.
• You must be acting entirely on your own behalf and not as an agent for or on behalf of any third party.

3Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register only one account on wlnpkr. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed, with balances potentially forfeited.

When registering your wlnpkr account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your real name, valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and CNIC details when requested. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. wlnpkr may request documentary evidence to confirm the accuracy of any information you have provided.

• Your wlnpkr account password is your responsibility. You must keep it confidential and must not share it with any other person under any circumstances.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact wlnpkr support immediately so that your account can be secured.
• wlnpkr will never contact you via SMS, WhatsApp, or any other channel to request your password, OTP, or full CNIC number. Any message doing so is fraudulent.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to use your wlnpkr account — is prohibited and may result in account closure.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on wlnpkr are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wlnpkr supports Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and Rs 500 for IBFT and card-based transactions. There is no minimum withdrawal amount — you may withdraw any positive cleared balance at any time.

• wlnpkr charges zero fees on all deposits and withdrawals from its side. Your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction charges, over which wlnpkr has no control.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically process within five minutes. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 24 hours. Card withdrawals typically complete within one to three hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that belong to the verified wlnpkr account holder. Third-party transfers are not permitted.
• wlnpkr reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts.
• Deposits made to wlnpkr must come from funds that legally belong to you. The use of any payment method that you are not legally authorised to use is strictly prohibited.

5Bonuses and Promotions

wlnpkr regularly offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, and special event promotions tied to occasions such as Eid, PSL, or other Pakistani cultural events.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier is stated with each individual offer.
• Only one bonus may be active per player at a time on wlnpkr, unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds may not be used to place bets that hedge against each other in a manner designed to generate guaranteed profits regardless of outcome (known as "bonus abuse").
• wlnpkr reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, duplicate accounts, or in violation of these Terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between wlnpkr accounts and have no cash value unless wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• The expiry period for each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account.

6Betting Rules and Game Conduct

Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by wlnpkr's systems, it is final and binding. Players may not cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted. Results displayed by wlnpkr's game and sportsbook systems are final and definitive.

For sports betting, wlnpkr's settlement decisions are based on official competition results as confirmed by recognised governing bodies. In the event of a result being overturned after initial settlement, wlnpkr reserves the right to re-settle affected bets in accordance with the final official outcome.

• All game outcomes on wlnpkr use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. These are regularly audited and cannot be manipulated by any party.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects a game outcome, wlnpkr reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's balance.
• wlnpkr reserves the right to limit stake amounts, refuse individual bets, or restrict specific markets without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all game categories on wlnpkr and are displayed within each game interface or betting market.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wlnpkr and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Attempting to collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share information in a manner that creates an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with games in a manner not consistent with genuine manual play.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs in the wlnpkr platform. Any such error must be reported immediately to support. Any winnings generated through an identified error may be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using wlnpkr as a channel to process funds obtained through illegal means.
• Attempting to access, copy, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the wlnpkr platform's source code, servers, or data systems.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or verification.
• Facilitating access to wlnpkr for any person who is under 18 years of age.

8Account Suspension and Closure

wlnpkr reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity documentation when requested within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• A chargeback or disputed transaction initiated by the player through their bank or payment provider.
• At the player's own request, including via the wlnpkr self-exclusion tool under responsible gaming provisions.

Where an account is closed due to a genuine Terms violation, any outstanding balance may be retained pending investigation. Where an account is closed at wlnpkr's discretion for operational or regulatory reasons unrelated to any player fault, any verified cleared balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the wlnpkr platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of wlnpkr or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the wlnpkr platform for your own personal gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any wlnpkr content without prior written permission from wlnpkr.

10Privacy and Data Protection

wlnpkr collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the complete agreement between you and wlnpkr. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

wlnpkr does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used solely for account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and the improvement of platform services.

All personal data held by wlnpkr is stored on servers protected by industry-standard encryption and access controls. You have the right to request access to your personal data or to request its deletion, subject to any regulatory retention obligations that wlnpkr must comply with.

11Limitation of Liability

wlnpkr provides its platform and all services "as available" and makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the continuous, uninterrupted availability of any service. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary platform unavailability.

• wlnpkr is not liable for any losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or other technical issues outside of wlnpkr's direct control that affect your access to the platform.
• wlnpkr's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• wlnpkr is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses, including loss of profits, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Gaming on wlnpkr carries inherent financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose money and that wlnpkr bears no responsibility for financial losses incurred through normal gaming activity.

12Responsible Gaming
