Account Questions

Go to wlnpkr.ws/register and complete the three-step form. You need your Pakistani mobile number, a username, and a password. No CNIC is required at registration — your account is active the moment you finish. The whole process takes under 90 seconds. Each individual may hold only one wlnpkr account.

No. wlnpkr operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. If duplicate accounts are detected, both accounts will be suspended and any pending winnings may be voided. If you already have a wlnpkr account and cannot access it, use the password reset process or contact support at support@wlnpkr.ws rather than creating a new account.

If you still have access to your old number, log in to wlnpkr, go to Account Settings, and update your mobile number. An OTP will be sent to confirm the change. If you no longer have access to the old number, email support@wlnpkr.ws with your username, CNIC, and the new number. The support team will verify your identity and update the number within 24 hours.

Identity verification on wlnpkr is required before your first withdrawal, or if the compliance system flags your account for a routine check. To verify, submit a clear photo of the front and back of your CNIC via the verification section in Account Settings. Verification is usually completed within a few hours during business hours. Until verified, you can still play and deposit — only withdrawals are held pending verification.

To permanently close your wlnpkr account, email support@wlnpkr.ws from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Closure Request." Withdraw any remaining balance before submitting the request — balances in closed accounts are processed as a final withdrawal. Deposit Questions

wlnpkr supports all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in PKR — no currency conversion required. See the full guide at Deposit and Withdrawal.

The minimum deposit via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, or SadaPay is Rs 200. For IBFT bank transfers and card payments, the minimum is Rs 500. There is no platform-set maximum deposit, though you can set your own personal deposit limit through Responsible Gaming settings in your account dashboard.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically appear in your wlnpkr balance within 30 seconds of completing the transaction. NayaPay and SadaPay are similar. IBFT transfers may take up to 15 minutes depending on your bank's processing speed. Card deposits are usually instant. If a deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number and the support team will locate and credit it manually.

First, wait 30 minutes as some mobile wallet transactions have a brief processing delay. Withdrawal Questions

Log in to your wlnpkr account, go to the Cashier or Wallet section, and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, IBFT, or card), enter the amount in PKR, and confirm. Withdrawals to mobile wallets typically arrive within 3–5 minutes. Bank transfers take up to 1 business day. The minimum withdrawal on wlnpkr is Rs 500 for all supported methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, and IBFT. For card withdrawals the minimum is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum withdrawal set by the platform, though very large withdrawals may be processed in multiple tranches and may be subject to additional identity verification.

Withdrawals can be delayed for several reasons: your account may still need identity verification, you may have an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements, or the payment provider may be experiencing processing delays. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 30 minutes (mobile wallet) or 24 hours (bank transfer), contact support with your withdrawal request ID.
